Minor allele frequencies of lymphoblastoid cell line (LCL) cis-eQTLs.
The minor allele frequencies of LCL cis-eQTLs (cutoff P value < 10−4) are illustrated by grouping cis-eQTLs into four categories, including population-specific SNP cis-eQTLs, population-shared SNP cis-eQTLs, population-specific indel cis-eQTLs and population-shared indel cis-eQTLs. cis-eQTLs shared in at least two populations are assigned as population-shared cis-eQTLs, or population-specific ones otherwise. The boxes represent the interquartile range. The lines and dots within these boxes define the median and mean, respectively. In the YRI population, open dots and plus signs are possible outliers.
