Detection of β-actin expression was used as a loading control. The bar graphs show quantitative relative level of (B) FXR, (C) CYP7A1, (D) CYP8B1, (E) HTCP, (F) OAT2, (G) OAT3, (H) MRP3 and (I) BESP protein expressions for blank, CP treated and CP and ginseng co-treated rats. Values are presented as means ± SD (n = 6). BK for blank group, CP for CP treated group and CP+G for CP and ginseng co-treated group. Compared with BK, *p < 0.05; compared with CP, #p < 0.05 and ##p < 0.01.
