R1 and R2 are the two independent MS experiments and the two combined RNA-Seq data sets were used to calculate DPRE. The Kolmogorov–Smirnov test was performed to test whether the distribution of any two of the groups significantly differed. The inserted bar chart illustrated the percentage of genes with DPRE ≤ 0 in the three groups.
