WT cDCs (A) and FLT3L-DCs (B) were pretreated for 1 h with control vehicle (–) or indicated amounts of BAY61-3606 (BAY) and then stimulated with PR8 for 24 h. IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-α and IFN-β levels in the cell culture supernatants were measured by ELISA.
