The above three samples are RMFS-TiO2/FTO/Glass, E & I-PbI2 /RMFS-TiO2/FTO/Glass and Au/ spiro-OMeTAD/MAPbI3/ RMFS-TiO2/FTO/Glass with an active area of 40 × 40 mm2. The following represents three active areas of 20 × 20 mm2, 5 × 20 mm2 and 2 × 5 mm2, respectively. The last one is PbI2 is deposited on a slim plastic material (48 μm) by the method of thermal evaporation.
