The alum alone treatment inhibits H22 tumor growth.
Groups of female Balb/c mice (seven per group) were inoculated s.c. with 105 per mouse of H22 tumor cells on day 0. Tumor-bearing mice were injected i.p. with 0.25 mg/250ul Al(OH)3 or 250 ul PBS, twice weekly for 3 consecutive weeks. (A) A schematic representation of treatment protocol.
