Groups of 10 pooled whiteflies, collected throughout 20 days AAP or post-AAP (after 3 days AAP) were used in a two-step anchored real-time PCR for the specific quantification of the TYLCV complementary strand. For AAP and post-AAP, arbitrary units (c-strand index) were set at 100% at day 20 and 0, respectively. Each symbol represents the mean value of a duplicate or triplicate. Blue line: local polynomial regression.
