The experimental setting includes three major phases that are organized in three dotted boxes. Phase I uses KEGG as training data and uses NetPath-EC as validation set. Phase II uses the augmented training data KEGG+ NetPath-EC and uses HPRD-PTM as validation set. Phase III conducts practical predictions.
