MDM33 is part of a genetic network modulating mitochondrial phospholipid biosynthesis.
Nodes in the genetic interaction network of MDM33 represent deleted or overexpressed genes; connecting lines represent genetic interactions. The network is based on the scores obtained in the MITO-MAP (blue and grey) and in the suppressor screen (blue). Green and red lines indicate genetic interactions between deletion mutants (MITO-MAP); black lines indicate genetic interactions of MDM33 overexpression with deletion mutants (suppressor screen). The genetic interaction network was created using the Cytoscape software60.
