  1. 75 double mutants were generated using the SGA technology, cells expressing mitochondrial matrix targeted GFP (mtGFP) were grown to logarithmic growth phase in YPD and mitochondrial morphology was analyzed by fluorescence microscopy. The table includes the scores for the genetic interaction between both deleted genes according to the MITO-MAP8. Mitochondrial phenotypes in which the characteristic Δmdm33 morphology was not prevalent are highlighted in bold type.
