Experimental broadband SRS data of the blue side broadband Stimulated Raman spectra for the v7 (a) and v4 (b) vibrational modes of Mb. The signal is negative in off-resonant conditions, turns positive by tuning the Raman pulse in full resonant condition, going through dispersive features in between.
