Genome-wide distribution of cohesin-SMC1B binding sites.
(A) SMC1B binding in normal human fibroblast cells represented as percentage of sites detected at promoter, downstream, gene body and intergenic regions. Cohesin-SMC1B peaks were aligned to RefSeq gene annotations by the use of CEAS tool. We compared binding of SMC1B to a selected region to the average genome-wide binding. (B) Genomic binding of SMC1B at PCDHB cluster on chromosome 5 as determined by ChIP-sequencing.
