Tissue specific expression pattern of AP2/ERF genes of Musa acuminata.
Total RNA isolated from different tissues (Bract, Psudostem and Leaf) as well as peel and pulp tissues of ripening and non-ripening banana fruit. Expression level was calculated using qRT-PCR.
