Body, testis and epididymis weights, as well as serum LH, FSH and testosterone levels in adult WT, Gpr54−/−Tg rescued and Gpr54−/− null male mice are shown in panel (A). In addition, testosterone secretion, at basal conditions and after stimulation with effective concentrations of hCG, by static incubations testicular explants in vitro is presented in panel (B). Finally, in panel (C), representative photographs of the testis and epididymis of the three genotypes are presented. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 vs. corresponding WT groups (Student t-tests or ANOVA followed by Student-Newman-Keuls multiple range test).
