Two colors of nodes represent the early (red), middle (purple) PaP3 genes, respectively; the blue and white nodes are respectively the annotated or hypothetical genes of host bacteria. Extensive level of interaction between PaP3 and P. aeruginosa genes was quantified by K-score range from 1 to 5 (Table S5). Genes with a higher K-score (more links) are shown in bigger size.
