FC Hysteresis loops at different fields.
(a) The central part of M vs H loops measured at 5 K after cooling in HFC (of strength indicated in the figure) and measured in-between ±HFC. When HFC < 0.15 T; the loops have been recorded up to fields high enough to reach Hsw1 when measurable. The scale on the magnetization axes is always drawn between ± 4 Am2/kg. (b) Anisotropy fields and excess magnetization. (c) Cooling field dependence of Hsw1 and Hsw2 (upper panel) and ΔM (lower panel) derived from the M vs. H curves in (a). The inset shows the field dependence of the corresponding anisotropy energy μ0ΔMHsw1. (d,e) The energy μ0ΔMH, with H = Hsw1 and Hsw2 (d) and the energies EudS and EudM (e) as a function of the cooling field μ0HFC.
