(C) Infiltrated neutrophils and the degree of inflammation were obviously attenuated in the lung tissue of the mice completely lacking IL-17. (A,B) *p < 0.05, compared with the WT mice. The error bars indicate SEM. All mice were harvested on D2 and there were 3~6 mice per group.
