MRSA biofilms were formed on plastic coverslips and incubated for 24 h with different concentrations of ND8008, Dex or ISMN. The chips were then washed and analysed. (a) Control, (b) 50 μM dexamethasone, (c) 50 μM ISMN, (d) 50 μM ND8008, (e) 25 μM ND8008, (f) 10 μM ND8008. The same volume of ethanol was added to the controls in place of the drugs.
