Time-course Raman spectra showing l-Phe(D8) uptake by growing human retinal cells (ARPE-19 cells).

Raman spectra were measured in the cytoplasm and nucleus of ARPE-19 cells cultured in l-Phe(D8)-containing medium, after fixation in 4% paraformaldehyde and washing in PBS, at the indicated time points. Spectra are shifted vertically for clarity.
