The non-linear profile indicates cold inactivation by rigidifying the oligomeric interface. (B) PfTET3 active site. Blue and red spheres stay for Co2+ and Zn2+, respectively. For the sake of the clarity, only residues involved in salt bridges with Glu207 are labeled. The dashed lines are the electrostatic interactions between Glu207 and Gly288/Asp230.
