  1. Different superscripted letters indicate statistically different IC50 values for condensate toxicity to coral larvae (F1,120 = 29.2, p < 0.0001). Estimates of the IC50s for sponge larval metamorphosis were made from limited data points on the slopes of the curves and IC10s were not calculated for that reason (NA). No significant observed effect concentrations (NOEC) and lowest significant observed effect concentrations (LOEC) are reported (one-way ANOVA, p < 0.05). Meta. = mean metamorphosis of control larvae in uncontaminated conditions ( ± SE).
