From: ECM microenvironment unlocks brown adipogenic potential of adult human bone marrow-derived MSCs
bmMSC-derived adipocytes under MMC show increased ATF2 activation during the 3-week time course of differentiation.
Cell lysates were collected after 1 and 3 weeks of adipogenic differentiation. Western blotting for p-p38 MAPK, p38 MAPK and p-ATF2 were performed on the samples, with β-actin serving as the loading control. Quantification of the ATF2 phosphorylation was performed on these blots and are represented in the bar graphs. N = 1.
