(a) Cell lysates from RAW264.7 cells cultured in 5 mM or 15 mM glucose for six hours were immunoblotted with the indicated Abs. Representative immunoblots from duplicates are shown. (b) Band intensities were quantified on a Li-Cor Odyssey scanner and normalized to the levels of actin and plotted in the bar graph. Paired t-tests revealed no significant differences between 5 mM and 15 mM glucose. Values are mean ± SEM (N = 3). P > 0.05.
