(a) The strip is composed of a sample pad (1), a conjugate pad (2), a nitrocellulose membrane (3), and an absorbent paper (4). During preparation, the conjugate pad was fixed with the UCP–antibody complex, and the membrane was coated with a test lane (5) and a control lane (6). (b) The TC-UPT-LF disc holds 10 detection channels (T1 to T10), which contain the appropriate UPT-LF strips for the target bacteria.
