Immunofluorescence microscopy on human cornea tissue sections stained with C1M2-2-B8 scFv-AP fusion.

Formaldehyde-fixed cornea sections were incubated with C1M2-2-B8 AP-fusion protein (20 μg/ml) or AP protein (20 μg/ml) without scFv. Specific binding was detected by Vector Red Alkaline phosphatase substrate. Nuclei of cells were stained by DAPI.
