Immunofluorescence microscopy of full-length IgG-B8 on hCECs and stromal fibroblasts.

Cell cultures of hCECs (100 K/well, 4 K/well) and stromal fibroblasts (300 k/well) were fixed with formaldehyde and stained with IgG-B8 (25 μg/ml). Specific binding was detected by goat anti-human antibody (GaH) conjugated to Alexafluor 488. Nuclei of cells were stained by DAPI.
