Immunofluorescence microscopy of human cornea tissue sections stained with IgG-B8 antibody.
Formaldehyde-fixed human cornea sections were incubated with IgG-B8 (25 μg/ml) and specific binding was detected by goat anti-human antibody (GaH) conjugated to Alexafluor 488. Nuclei of cells were stained by DAPI.
