B16F10 cells were incubated with various concentrations of as-synthesized 6a in the (a) absence and (b) presence of α-MSH and melanin was detected. Moreover, B16F10 cells were also incubated with plasma-treated 6a in the (c) absence and (d) presence of α-MSH, except for the control containing only the media. All data were expressed as a percentage of the control (normalized to 100%) from three independent experiments with mean ± standard deviation and were analyzed using Student’s t-tests, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.005.
