The y axis denotes Ct value, which is relative to GAPDH expression. Mann-Whitney analysis demonstrated a significant difference (p < 0.05) in MDM expression of LILRA3 (p = 0.027) and LILRB2 (p = 0.025) between samples derived from BCG vaccinated and unvaccinated donors. The number of paired samples used for each condition is depicted in Table 1.
