Cytotoxicity of nanoparticles.

(A) Using 50 nM siRNA, MRTF-B nanoparticles with different targeting peptides and liposomes (LYR, LER, LYR-P, LER-P) did not significantly affect cell viability compared to control nanoparticles and untreated cells; (B) A decrease in cell viability was however noted with both MRTF-B and control LYR nanoparticles at 100 nM siRNA compared to untreated cells. Results shown are mean ± SD for six independent replicates.
