The regulatory effects of Sp110 and Mtb on cytokines and chemokines in mouse macrophages.
(a–g) RAW-Control and RAW-Sp110 cells were infected with H37Ra at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 5:1 for 24 h. Expression of Csf3, Il10, Tnf, Il6, Ccl2, Ccl4 and Cxcl2 was determined by qPCR. Data are normalized to the uninfected RAW-control. (h–n) RAW-Control and RAW-Sp110 cells were infected with H37Ra (MOI 5:1) for 24 h.
