Nodes represent molecular processes, while edges represent the calculated average Spearman correlation between the associated genes. The size of the nodes is proportional to the number of genes associated with a particular process. Node and edge colors represent the average correlation of genes within and between processes, with respect to a gradient color bar from blue to red. Font size and color of node border (blue to yellow) indicate the z-score for the average co-expression of genes within the same processes, while the widths of edges indicate the log odds of observing highly correlated gene pairs between two processes.
