(A) Significantly altered genes identified by microarray experiments (white bar) were validated by qRT-PCR (black bar) at mRNA level. (B) The expression of two identified genes, PSMA5 and PSMB7, were validated at protein level. Lysates of HEK293 and HAW cells were subjected to Western blot analysis. PSMA5 or PSMB7 was detected by PSMA5 or PSMB7 antibody. β-actin served as internal control was detected by mouse anti-actin antibody. (C,D) Quantification of (B). Values represent mean ± SEM.
