(A) UM cells were treated with escalating concentrations of Tenovin-6 for 72 h, cell viability was determined by MTS assay. (B) Tenovin-6 inhibited the clonogenicity of uveal melanoma cells. After treated with Tenovin-6 at the labeled concentrations for 48 h, the uveal melanoma cells were seeded in drug-free soft agar culture for 14 days, followed by counting colonies. (C) Effect of Tenovin-6 on cell cycle distribution in uveal melanoma cells. Cells were exposed to Tenovin-6 for 48 h, then fixed and analyzed by flow cytometry after staining with propidium iodide.
