. (A) Wound-healing scratch assay in Mel 270 and 92.1 after exposed to control medium or Tenovin-6 (10 μM). (B) Mel 270 and 92.1 cells were exposed to Tenovin-6 (10 μM) for 48 h, then seeded in transwells for 2 days. Migrated cells were counted after fixation with formaldehyde and staining with crystal violet. (C) Results from 3 random fields are shown. (D) Mel 270 and 92.1 were exposed to increasing concentrations of Tenovin-6 for 48 h, Western blotting analysis was conducted with indicated antibodies.
