Global classification of lncRNAs.

(A) Characteristics of genomic regions differentially expressed during ISAV infection. Unknown genomic regions without any overlapping annotated gene were classified in sense and antisense lncRNAs. (B) Short reads were assigned to one of three nonoverlapping categories. The promoter, intronic and intergenic categories were defined by the genomic coordinates for known immune related genes and include only reads that map to unique genomic locations.
