PXO99A and mutants were mixed at a ratio of 1:1 and inoculated into rice leaves and XOM2 medium. The ratio between mutant and PXO99A colony forming units was measured at 10 days after inoculating to rice and 60 hours after inoculating to XOM2. This ratio was defined as the relative fitness of PXOΔstoS and PXOΔsreK
