(a) Full-length Odf2 (HA-Odf2-FL) and six HA-Odf2 truncated constructs according to structural domain prediction using SMART software. (b) Myc-Tssk4 was co-expressed either alone or in combination with HA-Odf2-C1, HA-Odf2-C2 and HA-Odf2-C3. Modification of Tssk4 occurred when it was co-transfected with Odf2-C1 and Odf2-C2, and conversely, the electrophoretic migration rate of Odf2-C1 changed when it was co-transfected with Tssk4. (c) Myc-Tssk4 was co-expressed either alone or together with HA-Odf2-M1, HA-Odf2-M2 and HA-Odf2-N. There was no modification present on Odf2 or Tssk4.
