(a) Ferromagnetic resonance spectra of the absorption for 30 nm Py thin films with TaN capping layer at gigahertz frequencies of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 GHz at 300 K after normalization by background subtraction. (b,c) The half linewidths as a function of the resonance frequencies at 300 K and 5 K respectively. The red solid lines indicate the fitted lines based on equation (3), where the Gilbert damping constants could be obtained.
