2 × 105 CFSE-labeled B6 splenocytes were cultured with or without indicated FACS-sorted populations from tumor-bearing mice at a 1:4 ratio of BM cells vs splenocytes for 3 days in the presence of anti-CD3/anti-CD28 antibodies and analyzed by FACS.
