Linear regressions under an additive model with adjustment for age, gender, BMI and dosage were adopted. The genetic scores of T1, T2 and T3 groups were ≦12, 13–15, ≧16, respectively. (a) P = 0.0011, β ± SE = −0.85 ± 0.25; (b) P = 0.0002, β ± SE = −2.09 ± 0.52; (c) P = 0.0067, β ± SE = −0.60 ± 0.22.
