The HDT outputs, produced using the software Dart 2.0.5 (Talete srl 2007), were subjected to Kriging interpolation using Past 3.10 (Ø. Hammer, Nov. 2015). Maps of the Kriging results were drawn using SigmaPlot 12.5 (Systat Software, Inc., San Jose, CA, USA). For mapping details see Fig. 1.
