(A) Rats separately received intraperitoneal injection of pramipexole at 0, 0.125, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0mg/kg body weight once 8 hours, and the body temperature was continuously monitored for 48 hours. Data are expressed as means ± SEM. (B) The mortality of each group shown in (A). A total of six rats each group. Among them, the survival ones were marker as blank, while dead as black. (C) Body temperature monitoring of SAH rats receiving 0.25 mg/kg body weight pramipexole once 8 hours.
