ST cells (a) and PK15 cells (c) were mock-treated or infected with TGEV H165 at MOI of 1. At 6, 12, 24, 30, or 36 h post infection, cells were lysed, separated by reducing SDS-PAGE, and subjected to western blot with the antibodies against LC3, β-actin (loading control), or TGEV N protein as indicated. Densitometry was performed for quantification in ST cells (b) and PK15 cells (d). The ratio of LC3-II to LC3-I (LC3-II/LC3-I) from three independent experiments is expressed as mean ± SD. *p < 0.05. The p value is calculated using Student’s t-test. Gels were run under the same experimental conditions. For better clarity and conciseness of the presentation, cropped blots are shown.
