Effect of knockdown KCa3.1 on the expression of LC3 in TGF-β1-exposed HK2 cells together with or without Bafilomycin A1.
HK2 cells transfected with scrambled siRNA or KCa3.1 siRNA overnight were pretreated with 50 nmol/L Bafilomycin A1 for 3 hours and then incubated with TGF-β1 (2 ng/ml) for 48 hours. Immunoblot analysis of LC3 with or without KCa3.1 siRNA transfection in TGF-β1-exposed HK2 cells together with Bafilomycin A1 (a).
