Excitation and emission wavelengths were 490 nm and 525 nm, respectively. (B) Stern-Volmer analysis of the data presented above. Solid line represents linear fit to the data to calculate the slope, or sensitivity of the active site fluorophore to molecular collisions with iodide, at pH 7.4 and 25 °C.
