OTX015 does not induce expression of T cell activation markers on primary CD4⁺ T cells.

(A,B) CD4⁺ T cells were isolated from the peripheral blood of healthy HIV-negative donors and treated with prostratin (1 μM), OTX015 (5 μM) or OTX015 (0.01 μM)/prostratin (0.2 μM) for 48 h and the expression of the cell activation markers CD25, CD69 and HLA-DR was detected by flow cytometry using specific antibodies.
