The CUMS model was established, the animals were treated with LPM580153 at doses of 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg or Ven at 10 mg/kg by gavage, and then the sucrose consumption of the animals were recorded and analyzed. The data were presented as the means ± SD (n = 7/group). #p < 0.05, compared with the control group; ##p < 0.01, compared with the control group; *p < 0.05, compared with the CUMS-model group.
