(B) SH-SY5Y cells were treated with various concentrations of corticosterone for 24 h and cell survival was measured by MTT assay. (C) SH-SY5Y cells were exposed to corticosterone (300μM) in absence or presence of LPM580153 for 24 h and cell survival was measured by MTT assay.
