Primary mouse preosteoblastic calvaria cells were isolated from 24-h-old IL-20R1+/+ and IL-20R1−/− mice and cultured under osteogenic conditions for 21 days. mRNA was isolated, and (a) RUNX2 and (b) Atf4 transcripts were analyzed using RTQ-PCR with specific primers. All experiments were run three times, with similar results. Data are from a representative experiment.
